We are looking to recruit two Housing Advisors to join our growing Housing Department. These are permanent roles on a full-time basis. You will report to the Housing Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide advice and information service for housing-related issues for tenants and homeowners by answering front and back door calls, keeping accurate records and ensuring that file progress is made.
The Role

Collating Court bundles

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide regular reception cover when needed and take part in other adhoc admin duties
