About the Role:

As the primary point of contact for both established and prospective clients, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the housing team by undertaking essential day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes handling calls with a professional and friendly demeaner, ensuring accurate and detailed message taking while upholding strict confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  •          Previous administrative experience
  •         Required Excellent client service skills
  •          Must-have Strong communication skills
  •          Proficient experience using Microsoft Office packages (Excel and Outlook)
  •          Advantageous Previous experience with case management systems
  •          Essential Ability to work effectively in a team
  •          Minimum Education to GCSE standard or equivalent
