Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate with the opportunity for progression to Head of Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of high-value medical negligence claims while also contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Manage a caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, with a focus on serious injuries.
  • * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
  • * Lead and mentor a team of solicitors and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • * Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the field of clinical negligence law.
  • * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • * Stay abreast of developments in clinical negligence law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in clinical negligence law.
  • * Proven experience in handling high-value medical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
  • * Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and provide leadership and guidance.
  • * Strong business development and marketing skills, with a track record of successfully growing a client base.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • * Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • * Ambitious and driven, with a desire for personal development and progression within the firm.
