If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Conveyancing Team on a part time or full time basis, at our Middlesbrough office.


About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to join our team for a minimum of three days a week or full time hours at Macks Solicitors. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Conveyancing Team.


Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residential property transactions
  • Providing administrative support to fee earners
  • Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Handling a variety of tasks to support the smooth running of the team

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all documentation and processes are accurate.
  • IT Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Work Ethic: A positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Adaptability: Ability to cope under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
