Are you an LPC graduate looking to kickstart your legal career in criminal law?

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Criminal Defence Direct team, providing essential telephone legal advice to clients detained at police stations. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, with Police Station Accreditation offered as part of the role—an excellent stepping stone for your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, concise legal advice over the phone to police station detainees
  • Manage and progress cases efficiently while meeting commercial targets
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up on all cases
  • Deliver empathetic, professional client care during high-stress situations
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

  • LPC graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of criminal law is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
