Here at Macks we are searching for a full time Legal Secretary/ Receptionist to join our dynamic Employment team at our Darlington office. You will be joining a committed team who advocate for the rights of employees that are navigating workplace difficulties. 


Responsibilities:

As an Employment Legal Secretary and Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors handling employment cases.
  • Assisting with client communication and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with solicitors to ensure cases progress efficiently.

 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with employment law principles and procedures is desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
