Macks Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full time Private Family Solicitor to join our prestigious law firm. As a Private Family Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of family law cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and prenuptial agreements.
Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, whilst representing clients in court hearings.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and maintain your expertise.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with 1/2 years of experience in this field would be desirable.
Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures and relevant legislation.
Proven Track record of handling complex family law cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional client management and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
