Do you want to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families dealing with complex family law matters?

Macks Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full time Private Family Solicitor to join our prestigious law firm. As a Private Family Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of family law cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and prenuptial agreements.

  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, whilst representing clients in court hearings.

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.

  •  Collaborate with other legal professionals to support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

  • Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and maintain your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1/2 years of experience in this field would be desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures and relevant legislation.

  • Proven Track record of handling complex family law cases with professionalism and sensitivity.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional client management and negotiation abilities.

  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
